Yes. Depending on the agreed SLA level, we provide scheduled or emergency callouts, parts replacement and escalation to the vendor.

Yes, it happens often. We take over the existing documentation or rebuild it if there is none, audit the infrastructure and plan the transition without interrupting your operations.

The subscription is sized on the real workload, from a handful of workstations to hundreds of users: the model works at any scale.

We diagnose it, respond within the window agreed in the contract, and escalate to the vendor under warranty where applicable. For critical systems we recommend building in redundancy at the design stage.

The engagement runs under a confidentiality agreement, with traceable access to systems. Backup and access policies are agreed with you, in line with GDPR.
